On Monday afternoon the head football coach of the Washington Huskies said that his starting quarterback Jake Locker won’t be in the starting lineup when the Huskies play #1 Oregon this weekend. Locker has a cracked rib. According to the Seattle Times, Steve Sarkisian said “the staff has made the recommendation to hold him out and get him healthy. The goal is to have him healthy for our final three ball games.”



Boston College safety Wes Davis suffered his second major neck injury. Davis, a fifth year senior, has decided to end his career.



Arkansas leading wide receiver Greg Childs suffered a patellar tendon injury in the win over Vanderbilt. He is done for the season. The rehab for this injury is normally 4-6 months.



Texas A&M running back Christine Michael broke his right tibia. Michael was the Aggies leading rusher with 631 yards.
